AC unit went out on the hottest day of the summer, and Perfect Degree had an amazing tech in the area who had us back up and running in no time and their pricing was incredibly fair. Their tech did a full HVAC tune up, which made our system more efficient. His repairs and tips have more than paid for themselves with our energy savings. I don't leave many reviews, but Perfect Degree went above and beyond my expectations.....and this 8 months after the repair and my heating/cooling expense is 30% less than years previous on the same system.

I am very happy and pleased with using Perfect degree! Our heater stopped working due to the motor going in the middle of the night ! We called early morning and service tech was out within an hour !! Talk about prompt service ! Apparently the model part that we have is out of stock and on back order making it hard to get ahold of by other company’s but Perfect Degree/ our service tech John made sure to track it down and got in within 24 hours and had it installed!! I can’t say enough about how professional and honest John was with the entire process ! This could of been awful to wait since I have 2 small kids and they don’t like being cold, happy kids, happy mama even happier customer!

Have had great experiences with Perfect Degree HVAC! My husband and I moved into a home with boiler heat which we were unaccustomed to, scheduled an appointment with Mark for a boiler 101 and tune-up and he was fantastic! Very thoroughly explained everything about our heating system and described the entire tune-up process as well! His team also did super prompt work on a newer HVAC split unit that was on the fritz. And during one of the colder days of last year, the heat stopped. Perfect Degree was incredibly quick with their response and John was out here in no time with a fix! Great company that we’ll 100% be using for all of our future HVAC needs!

Had issue with Air conditioner fan not starting on a Sunday. Called and spoke with Mark. He asked questions to help verify the issue. He gave a timeline when he would be at my house and was there promptly. He had the issue fixed within the first five minutes of visit. Very professional and gave lots of good tips and answers to questions. Highly recommend service!!!

It's pretty hard to find good reliable and honest work from some companies that's only out to get all your money but I was so lucky to come across this one! So I installed my own four zone mini split system at my house back in November and it worked perfectly up until mid February. Come to find out my compressor had went out on me probably due to the fact that I forgot to install a surge protector or possibly the few small leaks in a couple lines. But overall I didn't do bad for my first time they said lol. John Berckman was the technician who came out and did the installation of the new compressor that i received from company i purchased from. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. Even went over the things he was doing. Overall my system is working better than ever with no leaks! I highly recommend him and this company for a job you can be sure will get done right! Thanks again!

Mark and his team are amazing!!! He responded so quickly to our emergency call and was able to put a brand new water heater in within a few hours. He is so helpful and knowledgeable and such a wonderful person! Thank you team!!

Mark & team recently installed a new heater for us and did an amazing job! Mark came over within an hour of us calling when we thought our heater was broken and checked it out. He recommended we get a new heater and thoroughly explained why and our options for prices. We have a 2 month old baby and he made sure we were getting the best system and was able to get our current heater running until we could replace it and offered to come back whenever if it stopped again! We couldn’t have asked for better customer service and felt confident we were getting the best unit! Highly recommend!

Awesome guys and amazing service! Our heater went 2 days before Thanksgiving and right before the coldest weather of the season! Mark came right out, assessed the problem, and loaned us several space heaters to get us through. They installed a brand new furnace ASAP. Work was done quickly and the price was very fair! These guys are the best!

Can't say enough about Mark from Perfect Degree. Our heater stopped working out of nowhere-- of course as the temps started to drop. We have a 6yr old in the house and it was getting VERY cold. We finally called Perfect Degree after we couldn't figure out the issue. Spoke with Mark and let him know the situation-- after hearing we had a child in the house, Mark was at our door within 2hrs. He resolved our issue in less than 20 minutes and the heat is back on. He truly is great at what he does and more than that, my girlfriend and I really appreciated the effort he made to squeeze us into his schedule on such short notice during a very busy work day/night. We will use Mark and his team at Perfect Degree for any and all of our HVAC needs! ---Highly recommend
