Perfect Degree HVAC is hands-down the best HVAC service I’ve ever worked with. From the first call to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting everything done right. Mark, James, and his team showed up on time, everyday, explained any issue and had everything fixed efficiently and cleanly.

The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. My system is running better than ever, and the whole experience was stress-free—which is saying a lot when it comes to HVAC problems.

We had an issue last year with our HVAC, and Mark was excellent in diagnosing and explaining the issue, and there was no “high pressure” sales pitch on replacement versus repair. He laid out the facts and let us make our own decision. Late last night, we were having an issue with our humidifier and he responded promptly this morning and was out to fix it within 4 hours. Amazing response time, and we have been very happy with their service. Highly recommend!!

Update: I've continued to use Perfect Degree HVAC over the past few years and continue to appreciate their service. Quick and efficient. Unfortunately had to replace my furnace over the summer due to all the electrical outages we've had in the area, but they made it as painfree as it could be. Thanks!

Perfect Degree HVAC came out to my home today after I have been having issues with my central air unit turning off and on, resetting constantly, unable to keep the ac on in the current heatwave. I contacted one other HVAC business prior to this one. Perfect degree got back to me the next day (I had called after hours and got their wonderful answering service). The gentleman called me twice to get ahold of me, once I got him on the phone I was set for the next day (today!).

They will not try to sell you services and programs that you don't need - or even if you do, they (competitors/large businesses - I'm looking at you, Horizon.) charge you exorbitantly. I would say they are reasonably priced for being a local small business. It can be so hard to find trustworthy contractors and service people. I've been burned too many times already. I have high hopes for perfect degree! Thank you so much for helping me out and getting us back to cooler temps 😎 thanks Mike!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Perfect Degree HVAC. We were in a nightmare situation when our old gas furnace died just five days before Christmas. The company we normally use was dragging their feet and couldn’t give us a clear timeline, especially with the holiday approaching.

I decided to get another opinion and reached out to Perfect Degree—and I’m so glad I did. Mark was professional and responsive from the very beginning. He came out the same day I called (12/22), provided a quote, and had everything scheduled within just a couple of hours.

Even better, they were able to install our new furnace on 12/23—earlier than expected—which meant we were warm and comfortable for Christmas Eve while hosting family. I still can’t believe how smoothly everything worked out.

The level of customer service and professionalism was far beyond what I’m used to. Don’t hesitate to call Perfect Degree HVAC for any of your HVAC needs—you won’t regret it!

Experience was good. I was taken back at the expense of $578 for service and 2 lbs of refrigerant. I had to pay by check since a credit card would have added on another 3%. I asked about paying by Venmo but the technician was not aware of this as being an option. The technician was professional and educated me about ductless systems for Fujitsu. Not sure if the leak was from the prior installation or from 2 years of age. We only used the AC 5 times since 2021.

One of the things that made the biggest impression is how communicative and prompt they are. We called on a Sunday, on one of the hottest weekends, not expecting to speak to anyone and ready to wait a week, but Mark answered and made arrangements for a water heater replacement. Two days later our technician Jerry was at our door at exactly 8 am and was done quickly! I appreciated that he placed a drop cloth on our floors, this was a nice touch that goes a long way.
